Revenue-Based Financing

Capital that moves at the speed of your sales

A lump sum today, repaid as a small fixed percentage of what you bring in. When business slows, so do your payments. When it booms, you're done sooner.

How RBF works

Simple math, no surprises

You receive an advance. You repay a fixed total amount (the advance plus a one-time factor fee). That total is collected as a set percentage of your sales until it's paid.

  • Advance: the cash you get today (e.g. $50,000)
  • Factor rate: a one-time multiplier, typically 1.15–1.40
  • Total payback: advance × factor rate (e.g. $50,000 × 1.25 = $62,500)
  • Remittance: a fixed % of sales (e.g. 8%) until the payback is complete
Factor rates are illustrative. Your rate depends on revenue consistency, time in business and industry. We always show total cost in dollars before you sign.

Quick answers

RBF FAQ

Is revenue-based financing a loan?
No. It's a purchase of a portion of your future receivables at a discount. That's why approval is tied to your sales — not to a credit score or collateral — and why there's no fixed monthly payment or APR in the traditional sense.
What do I need to qualify?
Typically 6+ months in business, $10,000+ in average monthly revenue, and a business bank account. A credit score of 500+ is considered. We'll ask for a one-page application and your last 3–4 months of bank statements.
Will checking my offer hurt my credit?
No. We use a soft inquiry to generate your offer. A hard pull only happens if you accept and move forward with funding.
Can I pay it off early?
Yes — and many of our programs include early-payoff discounts that reduce your total cost. Ask your advisor about the terms on your specific offer.
Can I get more funding later?
Absolutely. Most clients become eligible for a renewal once they've paid down roughly half of their current balance, often at better terms.
